MAX Trailer is bringing more than just new technology to the North American market: The brand stands for modern vehicle solutions for everyday heroes behind the wheel, who keep America moving – developed for high performance, designed for durability and with an unbeatable price/performance ratio. At the end of 2026, these vehicles will be produced at the new production site in Little Rock, Arkansas.

As part of the Faymonville Group, the vehicle development process is pursuing a clear objective: offering wellthought-out, efficient and reliable solutions for the challenges in the heavy duty transport sector. To start with, two new models are being launched in North America – the MAX110 SD140 semi low loader and the MAX510 LD140 lowbed trailer.

MAX110 SD140 – The semi low loader redefined

The MAX110 SD140 is a completely new interpretation of the North American semi low loader. Its compact, hydraulically steered 2+2-axle design is equipped for high payloads, improved manoeuvrability and easy handling. With an extendable loading platform, low loading height and large axle stroke, the vehicle offers maximum flexibility for the widest range of transport tasks – from industrial plant and e-houses through to transformers and large construction components. The gooseneck offers enough room to couple a 2-axle dolly – called a „Joe dog“ – ideal for operations where precision and agility count in particular.

MAX510 LD140 – The lowbed trailer for high loads

The MAX510 LD140 takes the transportation of high loads in North America to a new level. As a 3-axle lowbed trailer – which can be extended with an additional axle with optional Nitro-Booster, and a 2-axle Joe-Dog-Dolly – it is the ideal solution for loads that go beyond standard heights. Its extendable bed, with an extremely low design, makes room for higher freight and at the same time ensures increased driving stability. A hydraulic steering system via the gooseneck guarantees precise control on tight construction sites or bendy stretches of road. Thanks to the well-thought-out coupling design, the lowbed can be quickly and safely extended with additional beams if needed. The completely metallised vehicle chassis – as with all MAX Trailer products – provides reliable protection against corrosion and thus ensures a long service life even under the harshest conditions.

With these two models, MAX Trailer is setting the benchmark for what is still to come in North America. Because this is just the start.
